I have been doing radiology work since I qualified in 1985 and with the improved technology and digital systems in place, it is my life. I am very passionate about the education and career development of the professionals and improving their welfare and working towards job satisfaction I am advocating for better salaries and working conditions hence I feel that my papers and my researches.  won't fall on deaf ears. I must also announce that I have never submitted any paper nor done any research before, but now this is my time to start, hence I need your help.
