Emily is an environmental archaeologist and zooarchaeologist who studies cultural responses to climate change in the past. Her current project examines how the Nuragic culture of Bronze Age Sardinia responded to changes in their water supply. Emily is particularly interested in the potential of archaeology to contribute insights to current debates in water policy and sustainability. When Emily isn't working, she loves creative writing, hiking, visiting museums, and trying new foods.
