Cactus Communications has spent over 20 years supporting researchers in their publication journey through Editage and aims to accelerate research through Researcher.Life ecosystem. In our quest to empower the global research community and help them achieve excellence, we introduce the Researcher.Life Ambassador Program

This program consists of a thriving community of researchers from over 50 countries and multiple disciplines, who have chosen to support other researchers through mentorship and collaboration. Researchers from all disciples and at any stage of their career are invited to become a Researcher.Life Ambassador.  

To help you better understand what this program is and how you can benefit from it, we are conducting a briefing session with Researcher.Life Ambassador Program Head, Yuvraj Singh Rathore.

About the Program  
Researcher.Life Ambassador Program is a thriving community of ambassadors from more than 50 countries.  Researcher.Life ambassadors choose to share their expertise and skillsets in various ways, such as helping others build research communication skills, mentoring researchers, sharing opportunities, guiding researchers on different aspects of publication, and conducting upskilling and wellness-focused activities. This is a one-on-one, interactive program where we work and engage with our ambassadors based on their convenience, interests, and skills.  

Date and Time 

Two sessions are being conducted at different times to accommodate attendees from multiple time zones. You can attend any one session that is most convenient for you.

About Yuvraj Singh Rathore

I’ve worked as a management trainee with Reid & Taylor and advertising group account manager with Ogilvy & Mather, managed multiple hospitality brands under Pan India Solutions, and oversaw brand marketing activities for Carnival Cinemas. Each opportunity was a learning experience, but I still consider my “big moment” to be when I met the legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan on a shoot.

I joined CACTUS in October 2019 as part its then-new Researcher.Life brand. As Brand & Communication Head, I’m responsible for empowering researchers and creating communities.

Toward the end of 2020, I started working on the Researcher.Life Ambassador program, an initiative aimed at building a community of researcher-evangelists. I have had the pleasure of interacting with over 700 researchers from 50+ countries. This experience helped me understand the motivations and apprehensions of the researcher community and identify ways in which the Researcher.Life team can empower researchers to be successful and join hands with them to support others in the community. This has been one of the most enriching experiences of my career.
