Q: What should I write in the Reported on Line column in the CARE checklist?
During the submission of a case report, I am required to submit the CARE checklist (for information to include when writing a case report) by the journal. What should I include in the Reported on Line column?
Great to know that you are writing/submitting a case report. And yes, the CARE (CAse REports) checklist is a requirement of many leading journals. Anyway, what you are looking for is quite simple. In the checklist, in the Reported on Line column, you need to include the page and line number for each corresponding topic/item.
Hope that helps you make your submission. For further support, apart from the forum, you may also wish to utilize our submission service, which aims to make the submission process easier for you. You may know the details of the service here: Journal Submission
For now, all the best for your submission/manuscript!
