Q: What does the status mean "Awaiting ED Decision"?
Detailed Question -
I submitted my article to a KI on February 22. Until yesterday the status was "under review" today it changed to "Awaiting ED Decision". What does that mean? My paper could be rejected? Thanks for the answers!

Answer:
Let me try to answer your query. By KI, I am wondering if you are referring to a journal name? "Awaiting ED Decision" would suggest that a decision is pending on your manuscript, which may not be a rejection - but in fact could be a suggestion to revise and resubmit, or even an acceptance.
