The status "archived" means that the manuscript is no longer "active" in the journal submission system and has been filed away in the journal's archives. This status is displayed once the submission and review process for a manuscript is considered closed, which is after the decision. Since you have not received any intimation about the decision either through the submission system or via email, I think you should write to the journal editor and ask for a clarification.
