Q: Are tables paginated?
If your tables are very long and run up to several pages, it might be a good idea to paginate them. However, it is best to check the conventions of your field as well as the author guidelines of your journal before you do this. In many fields, very long tables are usually included as supplementary information; in such cases, you might need to present only some representative data in the tables that are included within the paper. However, as I have already mentioned, conventions vary across fields and journals and you should definitely go by your target journal's specifications.
