After submitting minor revision of a journal article, the status changed from "under review" and "decision in process" to "with editor" again. Does this mean the article will most likely get a rejection? Or will it be sent to new reviewers?

Hello, to answer your question, "with the editor" after the review process means that the rewiewers have sent their remarks and that the managing editor will make a final decision now.
