Since your manuscript has been given a “major revision” verdict by all three reviewers, it may be really necessary to conduct the additional experiments to assert the credibility of your study. Even if you choose to submit the manuscript as is to another journal, the reviewers there may also share a similar response to your manuscript. Please find out if there is any way to do to the additional experiments. You can speak with your colleagues and the administrator at the institution if they can provide help.
However, I can understand that conducting additional experiments may not be financially feasible for you due to constraints of research funds. In that case, you can explain your situation to the journal editor and tell them that you will not be able to make the revisions asked by the reviewers.
