Q: Should I contact again when I have not heard after a week?
Detailed Question -
I contacted an international conference regarding the license of a scale, but I haven't heard from them even after a week. Should I contact again by phone or wait for more while? I’m not sure what to do.
1 Answer to this question
Answer:
Thank you for your question. Were you given a time frame regarding when the conference would contact you? If you were given a time frame, I recommend waiting for that to pass. However, if you were not, you can contact them by phone or email after a total of 15 days have passed since you last contacted the conference.
