Q: Methods on systematic reviews
Detailed Question -
I have written several systematic reviews. The methods are usually written in accordance with PRISMA guidelines, so they inevitably resemble past reviews and other people’s reviews. Even if I make citation, there is a limitation. Is such resemblance allowed?

Some degree of overlap may be unavoidable in this case, though different journals may have specific percentages of allowable resemblance. You can explain to the journal editor if the percentage of resemblance slightly exceeds the limit (as long as it is not drastically high) to justify your case, if required.
