Penny is a PhD candidate in business at the University of Wollongong, where she is focused on studying digital media storytelling. She has spent her 15-year career as a public relations (PR) and marketing specialist working for agencies on behalf of more than 50 brands. This inspired a passion of business writing in her. Penny also has a master’s in business (marketing) from Australian National University and works as a lecturer and tutor in PR, marketing and social media management at the University of Wollongong. Penny is an expert in digital storytelling, digital narrative, marketing, public relations, social media, brand attitudes and brand authenticity.
