Know thy data (Episode 1) – Understand univariate and bivariate analyses
As a researcher, you need to capture and analyze a lot of data. Often, researchers get confused between different methods of data analysis and how they can go about using them. To help you better, we have invited an experienced biostatistician to simplify statistical analysis for you. In a two-part series, Prof. Jo Røislien, professor of medical statistics at the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Stavanger, will take you through some common methods of statistical analysis.
Join Episode One of this series to know more about univariate and bivariate analysis. In this webinar, Prof. Røislien will give you an introduction to the (two) types of data – univariate and bivariate analysis and will explain how you can compare variables and assess the association between two variables. Join this webinar to understand how you can choose the right method for analyzing your data. Topic: Know thy data (Episode 1) – Understand univariate and bivariate analyses.
