Q: Status of my journal (Elsevier) has not changed. What should I do?

Detailed question-Hello everyone, I had submitted my paper on 27/12/2021 and the paper status changed to "With Editor" on 5/01/2022. On 20/01/2022, the editor sent back the manuscript
