The Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service recognize exceptional companies, individuals, and teams. At the 7th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, announced in Las Vegas on 25th Feb, Kaori Nagatsuka from Editage’s Customer Delight Department won a Silver Stevie for Best Front-Line Customer Service Professional. Editage also won a Bronze Stevie for Best Use of Technology in Customer Service.
