CACTUS/Editage retains its ISO certifications for its robust quality and IT security systems
On October 15 and October 16, 2013, CACTUS underwent an annual surveillance audit by independent auditors from DNV (Det Norske Veritas). The auditors confirmed that CACTUS’s quality, security, IT, and client confidentiality systems meet the standards set by ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005. They also acknowledged the company’s efforts toward ensuring continuous improvement.
The renewal of this certification offers continued independent validation that CACTUS’s Quality Management System and Information Security Management System meet the demanding standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Roohi Ghosh (Manager, Global Training, and the person responsible for ensuring that every person and system at CACTUS meet ISO standards every day) noted that this certification “is a reaffirmation of the company’s on-going commitment to delivering a superior service experience to clients and pursuing continual improvement in all it does.”
