Q: How long will the status of my paper show "Under Review?"

The review time is field specific and journal specific. There must be a section on timeframes on the website of the journal where you have submitted your paper. You can check that and the FAQs as well to see if there is any mention of the expected time frame for peer review. In general, peer review can take anywhere between a few weeks to even 6 months.  However, if the status does not change even after two months, you can perhaps send a polite inquiry to the Editor requesting a status update.
